- Civil War Room | 1 queen bed = $100
- Barnyard Room | 2 twin beds = $100
BONUS! Whether you book one room or two, you still get the same exclusive access to the original farm house.
If traveling with children under the age of 12 and booking the Barnyard Room (where only the child/children occupy the room), a 15% discount is applied to the entire stay. If traveling with more than 2 children, please contact us for additional sleeping arrangements.
Due to the variety of animals free ranging the entire farm and the biosecurity measures currently in place, guest pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If traveling with a pet, please contact us before booking. We do charge a flat $10 for pets under 10 pounds and $20 for pets over 10 pounds. If pets are left alone in the house, we require that they be crated. Due to the free ranging animals here at the farm, we also require that dogs be kept leashed when outdoors.

Your reservation is confirmed at the conclusion of using our Reservation Form below. If you do not want to pay online, please contact us to make other reservation/payment arrangements. We strive to meet your needs from the time of reservation to check-out!
- Use the arrow in the upper right-hand side of the calendar to scroll through the months to find your desired date(s). Use the plus sign in the upper left-hand side of the calendar to view multiple months simultaneously. Unavailable dates are grayed out.
- Click to select a start (check-in) date. Selected start date is then highlighted with black on the calendar.
- Click to select an end (check-out) date. Selected start date is then highlighted with black on the calendar.
- In the NUMBER OF ROOMS field, select from the pull-down menu the number of bedrooms you would like to reserve (either a 1 or 2).
- Complete the EXTRAS, CONTACT INFORMATION, and ORDER sections.
- Click the Pay on PayPal (instant booking) button to pay with a credit card or PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.
- Click [BOOK NOW]. A new window opens so you can make payment.
Calendar & Reservation Form
Cancellation requests are handled as follows:
- More than 14 days prior to expected arrival date receive a refund of payment less a $25 processing fee.
- 7-14 days prior to expected arrival date receive a refund of payment less a $50 processing fee.
- Less than 7 days of expected arrival date, no-shows, or guests checking out before the last day of their reservation are charged a full room charge and receive no refund. Late arrivals and early departures fall within this portion of our cancellation policy.
For holiday and special event reservations, a 30-day cancellation notice is required to receive refund less $25 processing fee, and cancellation within 14 days of expected arrival date will result in no refund.
