Farmhand Experience

Ranger — your friendly Farmhand escort!

Our Farmhand experience includes a guided tour of the farm plus you can assist the farmers with a variety of farm duties (1 to 2 hours). Depending on the season, duties may include:

• Collecting eggs
• Milking the cows (when available)
• Feeding and watering chickens, ducks, fainting goats, cows, and pigs
• Planting, weeding or harvesting in the organic gardens
• Harvesting pecans or fruit from our orchards

Farmhand participants may also stroll around our vegetable gardens or enjoy a walk on beautiful, wooded private nature trails.
